M Readers Clubでは、

展示空間と出版プログラムを融合させた独立系のアートプラットフォームです。

 

アジア各地の新進作家から成熟したアーティストまで、幅広い作家の写真集やアート出版物を刊行・流通しています。各書籍の素材感や構造、手作業による細部にこだわり、出版そのものを創作の延長であり、実験の場として捉えています。

 

自主出版に加え、海外の独立出版社やアーティストとも協働し、言語や地域を越えた視覚的な物語を紹介しています。また、日本、中国をはじめ、世界各地のインディペンデント出版物、写真集、アートブックを集めた書店も運営し、自由に閲覧し、対話し、新たな発見が生まれる空間を目指しています。

 

次世代のクリエイターを支援するプラットフォームとして、M Dummy Photobook Award（M ダミーフォトブック賞）を主催し、若手写真家に出版と展示の機会を提供しています。さらに、東京、上海、そして海外のアートブックフェアや写真フェスティバルにも積極的に参加し、アジアの独立出版の声をより広い世界へと届けています。

M Readers Club is an independent art platform that integrates an exhibition space with a publishing program.

 

We publish and distribute photobooks and art publications by a wide range of artists — from emerging creators to established figures across Asia. With a focus on the materiality, structure, and handcrafted details of each book, we regard publishing itself as an extension of artistic creation and a space for experimentation.

 

In addition to our self-publishing projects, M Readers Club collaborates with independent publishers and artists worldwide to present visual narratives that transcend language and geography. We also operate a bookshop that gathers independent publications, photobooks, and art books from Japan, China, and beyond, creating a space for open browsing, dialogue, and discovery.

 

As a platform dedicated to supporting the next generation of creators, we organize the **M Dummy Photobook Award**, providing young photographers with opportunities for publication and exhibition. Furthermore, we actively participate in art book fairs and photography festivals in Tokyo, Shanghai, and abroad — amplifying the voices of Asian independent publishing across a broader global landscape.
